Constance Shundelle Belcher is a dedicated educator with deep roots in the Bradley County School District of Warren, Arkansas. A proud alumna of Warren High School, Ms. Belcher's journey in education began with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising, specializing in Home Economics, from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Her commitment to professional growth led her to pursue advanced studies at Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi, where she earned a Master of Art in Teaching and a specialist degree in Educational Leadership.

Currently serving as Assistant Principal at Terry High School, Ms. Belcher brings 26 years of invaluable experience to her role. Her career commenced in 1998 as a Home Economics teacher at Warren High School, followed by a tenure at Provine High School in Jackson, Mississippi. Since joining Terry High School in 2014 as a Family and Consumer Science teacher, Ms. Belcher has been an integral member of the school community. She has served on the Leadership Team, the Superintendent Advisory Team, and has been the dedicated sponsor of the Student Council for nine years, earning accolades such as Sponsor of the Year twice. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Ms. Belcher was honored as Terry High School Teacher of the Year for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Belcher cherishes her role as a proud mother to her son, Kobe Belcher. Her educational philosophy is rooted in the firm belief that every child can learn and deserves equitable opportunities for growth and success, irrespective of their abilities, background, or socioeconomic status.

In her role as Assistant Principal, Ms. Belcher continues to embody a steadfast commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment where all students can thrive and achieve their fullest potential.

Dr. Kristin N. Brown is excited to join the Terry High School Bulldog family as Assistant Principal. With over 16 years of experience in education, she has a strong background in literacy instruction and professional development. Dr. Brown holds a Doctorate in Education from Concordia University, a Certificate in Online Instruction from Mississippi College, an Educational Specialist degree from Arkansas State University, a Master’s in Teaching from Belhaven University, and a Bachelor’s in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State University.

Her career includes roles as Literacy Instructional Support Specialist at McComb School District, Literacy Coach at the Mississippi Department of Education, and teacher at Jackson Public Schools. Dr. Brown is dedicated to servant and transformational leadership, promoting equity and inclusivity in education.

A devoted mother of three and passionate football fan, she cherishes time with her family. Guided by her favorite scripture, Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," Dr. Brown is committed to fostering a collaborative environment where all students and staff can thrive. She believes that "leadership is not about being in charge. It's about taking care of those in your charge, and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive and succeed."

Calvin Hudson is in his 16th year of education and 3rd year at Terry High School as one of the Assistant Principals. He has been in the Hinds County school district for 8 years. He is a retired Army veteran with 21 years of military background.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, his Master of Arts in Teaching and Master of Educational Leadership from Mississippi College. He received his Specialist in Educational Leadership from William Carey University. He considers himself a lifelong learner.

His philosophy on education is to help students and staff be the BEST version of themselves by empowering students and educators to embrace an innovator's mindset, while leading by doing.

He is married to Tia Hudson. They have three children, one of whom graduated from Terry H.S. in 2022.

In his spare time, he enjoys attending sporting events and working out.

Mr. Timothy W. Rush, II, is a tenth-year educator who is passionate about growth, development, and helping scholars reach their full potential. He is a native of Jackson, Mississippi and a graduate of Jackson State University. He currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education & a Master's in Educational Leadership & Supervision. 

He has had the opportunity to serve every level of K-12 in some capacity as a Teacher, Interventionist, Instructional Specialist, Coach, & Assistant Principal. (Jackson Public Schools, Cypress Fairbanks ISD, & Katy ISD) 

Personally, Mr. Rush enjoys spending time/traveling with his wife, exercising, and playing video games.

Mr. Rush is excited and honored to join the Terry High School family. He is committed to “Being the CHANGE you want to see in this world."
